Description: Need-based scholarship aiming to help HS juniors and seniors to continue learning and pursuing higher studies.
How to Apply: Go to ‘Sign in Portals’ tab and make a student account.
**Recommendation: Prepare your scholarship answers in a separate document before you create a student account. Once you get on the portal and select this scholarship, copy paste your answers into the application portal to avoid your session from timing out.
Scholarship Questions:
- Short Answer Question: Discuss your financial need. (How will this scholarship help you?) (300 characters max)
2. Short Answer Question: What are your future academic and/or career goals? Please be as specific as possible. (250 words max)
3. Essay Question: Pick 1 prompt:
1) Write about a time you failed. What did you learn from that experience?
2) Describe a topic, idea, or concept you find so engaging that it makes you lose all track of time. Why does it captivate you? What or who do you turn to when you want to learn more? (500-650 word count)
